Homes needing extra attention beyond typical deep-clean scope will always be quoted honestly before we start — never after.
Every recurring cleaning relationship starts with an Initial Deep Clean. This brings your space up to the Zenco standard — after that, your regular maintenance visits, quoted rates, and loyalty discounts begin.
If a space needs more than a standard maintenance clean can reasonably cover — heavy buildup, a long gap since the last real clean, and similar situations — we'll always tell you and quote it honestly before we start work, never after. That's not us upselling; that's us protecting the quality you're paying for, and protecting our team from being set up to fail.
Applies to your regular Classic Clean rate on established recurring accounts, once your Initial Deep Clean is complete — the discount doesn't apply to the Deep Clean fee itself.
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel — that's what gives us a real chance to rebook the spot. Cancellations inside that window, no-shows, and no-access arrivals (team can't get in) are subject to a $150 fee. We'll always work with you on genuine emergencies — this exists to respect our team's time, gas, and reserved hours, not to penalize honest situations.
